If you enjoy having a a beer occasionally, leave your cash at home if you plan to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Leave your evening bag, your money belt, and leave all money, charge cards and cheques out of the casino. Take only the money you intend to spend on refreshments, tips and few dollars you intend to lose and leave the remainder behind.
Contemptuous? Not really. Realistic more like. You could have a profit following a intoxicated evening out with your friends and be blessed enough to catch a marathon toss at a hot craps game. Keep that account considering that it’s as short-lived as it gets if you consistently drink alcohol and wager. These activities simply don’t mix.
Leaving your money out of the casino might be a little bit drastic, but preventative measures for dramatic behavior is required. If you gamble to succeed, then don’t drink and play. If you can afford to be wasteful with your assets nary a concern, then consume all the no charge beer your stomach are able to handle, but don’t carry charge cards and checkbooks to toss into the mix of going after squanderings after your inebriated brain throws away everything!
Let me to carry this one step more. Don’t drink and then go online to gamble in your preferred casino either. I love to beverage from the comfort of my domicile, but seeing that I am hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and have credit cards in close proximity, I can not drink alcohol and gamble.
How come? Although I do not drink alcohol to excess, once I consume alcohol, it’s definitely sufficient to befuddle my common sense. I bet, so I do not drink when betting. If you are a drinker, do not gamble when you do. Both create a decimating, and crazy, cocktail.
